Abilia has acquired Comai AB, a Swedish company with established products within cognitive assistive tools. The company's main product, Keep track Calendar, is an app-based tool for time planning and related support for everyday activities. Through the acquisition, Abilia's already strong portfolio of assistive tools for people with neuropsychiatric disabilities such as autism, ADHD and dementia is broadened.
“Abilia is the market leader within cognitive assistive tools and with this acquisition we complement our current offering. Our strategy is to grow internationally and we see a great potential for these products, especially in markets outside the Nordic region, ”Says Tove Christiansson, CEO of Abilia.
The products from Comai will continue to be sold through partners, both in and outside Sweden.
