Elin Wallenborg has been recruited as Abilia’s new HR manager and she is stationed in Stockholm. Elin comes from a position as HR Strategist at Academedia, which is Northern Europe's largest education group with approximately 15,000 employees.
Elin has many years of experience working in growth companies, where she has worked as a HR Strategist with focus on Competence Management issues and as HR Manager with responsibility for all HR-related issues for different organizations.
"I have experience of employers who have grown with 10,000 employees during my employment. With my experience from many acquisitions, reorganizations and persuasiveness processes, I'm used to work in changing environments", Elin says.
Abilia’s values are passion, innovation and quality and we want to give people with special needs the opportunity to increase their independence. Elin will, along with the other in the Management Team, continue the long-term work that a growing market requires. This means a deeper implementation of an organizational and cultural change and develop Abilia's HR processes.
"I will be in place and support all employees and managers in their current roles and HR-related issues.
