It can be frustrating not being able to get your words out properly. If your keys are unresponsive, getting stuck in the keyboard when you press them, or the wrong key is pressed when you press another key, it is time to clean your keyboard.
Suggested solution:
If you find accurate hand movements difficult you may need someone to help with this.
It is best to work on a clean clear surface. You will need the Screwdriver and Keyguard Tool provided with your Lightwriter.
